CalGreen Inspector Services
At CalGreen Energy Services we provide CalGreen Inspector services for your residential or commercial project. Many building departments require a final inspection by an ICC Certified CalGreen Special Inspector. The special inspector is responsible for reviewing that all of the items indicated on the approved checklist, were implemented into the project. After the site inspection is complete, the inspector will sign the Implementation Verification form that is required by the building department in order to close out your permit.
A number of building departments require the CalGreen Inspector be pre-approved for work in their area. We are listed in many jurisdictions throughout the state including Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Napa, Sonoma and many others.

Inspecting Project
We will visit the site and field-verify that all of the checklist items are complete. A critical part of this inspection is to gather the documentation form the contractor that they are required to compile. These include VOC records, moisture readings and other items. After the site visit we will sign the Implementation Verification Form. Once signed, the form is turned over to the local building inspector in order to close out the permit.
